M. Celeste Allen serves as the Executive Administrator for the CEO and Owner of the Agency, Sylvia A. Garrett. Celeste began her journey with the agency in January of 2019 as a part time, temporary assistant in the answering of phones and greeting of customers. She served for 4 months and her journey with SAGA ended. A few months later she was asked to return as Executive Administrator, where she has served in that role since August 2019. Celeste loves learning and continues to learn in her current role.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University in Human Ecology, specializing in Family Relations and Human Development. She also has a Master of Arts from Cornerstone Seminary in Grands Rapids, Michigan in Ministry Leadership. Celeste loves, her God, her children, her extended family, her church family, her SAGA Team and all SAGA Agency Customers.  She serves willingly and happily at the Family Fellowship Church in Gahanna, Ohio helping all she can. “If I can help somebody as I travel along, then my living shall not be in vain”.
