William “Bill” Norris joined Sylvia A. Garrett & Associates Agency, LLC in 2026, bringing more than 13 years of experience to the team. He began his insurance career in 2012, quickly earning his Ohio Life & Health Insurance license. Known for his strong expertise in life insurance, Bill eventually sought a new challenge and went on to open his own full service agency.

Bill takes great pride in working closely with clients and providing guidance and support across all areas of their insurance needs.

Before entering the insurance industry, Bill served with distinction in the United States Navy. He was a member of the commissioning crew of the USS Lake Erie and later served as a Navy recruiter.

Bill is happily married to his beautiful wife Kimberly and enjoys a full family life with three stepchildren, seven grandchildren, and his loyal English Shepherd, Bella. He and his wife love shopping, traveling, and most of all spoiling their grandchildren.
